What happens if you cancel: each rate has its own terms, shown before you pay.

Every rate has its own cancellation policy. The policy of the rate you choose is shown at checkout, saved with your booking and is the one that applies to you, even if we change our policies later.

Times are counted until the check-in time (14:00, Western Indonesian Time, WIB) on your arrival date. You can cancel from your account, where you also see the refund before you confirm.
If we ever have to cancel your booking (for example after storm damage), you get a full refund of everything you paid, and we will help you find another place to stay.
