These terms apply to bookings made on this website with Pasir Putih Afulu Homestay ("we", "us"), a homestay on the north coast of Nias, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Our contact details are on the contact page.
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us after payment of the deposit or the full amount, as shown at checkout.
The person who books must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests in the booking.
Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and include the taxes and fees shown at checkout. Any estimate in another currency is for information only.
Depending on the rate, you pay online, by bank transfer or in cash. Unpaid bookings are held for a limited time, shown at checkout, after which they expire and the room is released. The balance of a deposit booking is due before or at check-in.
Each rate has its own cancellation policy, shown before you pay and saved with your booking. See our cancellation policy and refund policy. Changes to dates are subject to availability and may change the price.
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out until 11:00, unless agreed otherwise.
Please respect other guests, the staff, the neighbours and local customs. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
Smoking is only allowed outside the rooms. Illegal drugs are not tolerated.
You are responsible for damage you or your guests cause beyond normal wear and tear.
Surfing, snorkelling, boat trips, scooter riding and hiking carry risks. You take part at your own risk and within your own abilities, and you should have travel insurance that covers these activities and medical evacuation.
We are not liable for loss, damage or delay caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, power or network outages, or flight and ferry changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
