How and when refunds are paid.

The refund depends on the cancellation policy of your rate and when you cancel; see the cancellation policy. Your account shows the exact amount before you confirm a cancellation.
Online payments are refunded through the same payment method, where the provider allows it.
Bank transfers and cash payments are refunded by bank transfer to an account in your name.
Refunds are in Indonesian rupiah. Bank or exchange fees charged by your bank are not covered.
We start the refund within 7 days of the cancellation. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take another 5 to 14 working days to reach you. You can follow the status in your account.
If something is not right with a refund, send us a message from your account and we will look into it.
